Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions

South Wales Police Authority is committed to being open, honest and transparent.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. As such, we need to know when something wrong has been done. Of course, we would also like to know when something has been done particularly well.

Complaints

South Wales Police Authority takes all complaints seriously.

A complaint can be made by anyone who feels they have been treated unfairly either by Officers, staff, Authority Members, service provided or even a decision or policy.

The Authority is not responsible for investigating complaints about Police Officers under the rank of Assistant Chief Constable, or members of Police Staff.
