South Wales Police Authority take all complaints seriously.
These pages aim to provide you with the full details of how to make a complaint against a police officer below the rank of Assistant Chief Constable, a complaint against a Chief Police Officer (Assistant Chief Constable and above), along with Members of the Police Authority, or Police Authority staff.
Please note that the Police Authority only investigates complaints against Chief Police Officers, Police Authority Members and Authority staff. Complaints against Police Officers below the rank of Assistant Chief Constable and Police Staff should be directed to the Professional Standards Department.
