Equality Impact Assessments

Equality Impact Assessments

South Wales Police Authority has a legal duty to carry out Equality Impact Assessments on all our work.

The Assessments consider an area of work, for example consultation or recruitment, and looks at how the work is done. It is then assessed against each of the diversity strands to see if it could negatively impact on certain people/groups. Changes are then made where it does.

All completed Assessments are provided to the Equalities and HR Group for final approval.

Below you can find details of the Equality Impact Assessment process, along with completed assessments.
